Lviv boarding school for children with hearing impairments became the next center where the All-Ukrainian Art Project “Prosto Nelylytsi” came. On September 12, 2017, a traditional volunteer group of artists – teachers at the SPIOGRAPH Studio of Culture and Arts held a master class for deaf children. The master class was conducted on the technique of working with oil pastels.
The volunteer group was pleased that it finally got to this center which made a nice impression with its care. Despite their flaws, children were incredibly sociable and very emotionally positive. Of course, our impression is to a certain extent superficial because there are almost 60 people in boarding school and we managed to work with only less than half of the residents. Like all children, their immediacy and contact have become a sign of the sensuality of a large part of the people who work with these young people daily.
As a result of our meeting, 20 more pieces of art have complemented the exposition collection of the 2017 Project. All participants and those who were involved in the Charity Project must know that the organizing committee can carry out such missions, thanking all of us! This year the project has traditionally received no assistance from budgetary funds and for its realization, providing with artistic materials, sweets, gifts, information space, communication skills and high aesthetics of submitting and executing the program “Prosto Nelylyts” is solely by our joint efforts.
