On March 12, an exhibition of the best works of the All-Ukrainian project «Prosto Nebylytsi” was opened in Kyiv. An exhibition of works by young authors is presented to the visitors at the Art Gallery of the project partner in Ukraine – Yaroslav the Wise National Library of Ukraine.
Out of over 700 works from 20 regions of Ukraine, the International Qualification Commission (Jury) nominated 150 works to the collection “PROSTO NEBYLYTSI” in 2017, and the part of the exposition collection of 38 works was presented in Kyiv.
There are 37 young creators deprived of parental care among the participants who live in orphanages in Lviv and Lviv region. Children living in these orphanages were given art supplies, stationery and sweets for the money received from the benefactors. The team of the organizing committee held workshops on painting and drawing and helped to apply the work of children for the competition. At the end of 2017, the Lviv Palace of Arts hosted a grand opening ceremony of the exhibition of the best works of the project, an announcement of results and a presentation of awards.
The exhibit is open to viewers until April 01, 2018 and will travel through the galleries of Europe.
