On March 14, 2021, the next edition of the Museum Portrait Project will start.
Artists without age restrictions will have the opportunity to create a portrait of the Klymentii Sheptytskyi Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life in Lviv, which this year celebrates its fiftieth anniversary. This is a significant event not only for Lviv but also for the country as a whole. We invite everyone to join in the celebration of this historic event.
Anyone can participate in the Project, regardless of age, origin, profession, level of professionalism.
In the program of the Project 2021:
- close acquaintance with the Lviv open-air museum
- excursions, art Plein airs, creative searches
- masterclasses
- creation of artistic work inspired by the specifics of the Museum
- exhibition of works of art made during the Project
- the popularization of the Museum and artists who took part in the Project in Ukraine and abroad.
However, the possibility of a free search for inspiration will provide free entrance to the Museum for all Project participants, however, only in the open-air mode. Each participant creates creative works with his materials.
