On October 29, 2017, the SPIROGRAPH Lviv Authors Drama Theater presented a fairy-tale “Kvitkova Kramnychka” on the stage of the Culture Promotion Center in Warsaw within the framework of the international activities of the Center for Cultural and Art Initiatives in Lviv. Despite the fierce all-day downpour, wind, and cold, the auditorium of the cultural center of the capital of neighboring Poland was far from empty. Participants and actors of the Theater presented the play in Polish, translated by the author of the play.
The young and old spectators responded sincerely to the events that unfolded in the presented performance. Despite the fact that for a large number of the collective, Polish is a foreign language, the young actors learned the text well in the short term. By the way, not every team will dare to play the play in the language of a foreign viewer. The result of intense work, intense rehearsals, resulted in violent applause and grateful comments from the Warsaw residents, who warmly responded to the cast and the play itself, they were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the Polish language of the young actors.
The delegation from Ukraine was made up of the participants of the SPIROGRAF Artistic School of Lviv, the actors of LAD of the SPIROGRAF Theatre and members of the academic council of the Center for Cultural and Art Initiatives of Lviv.
After the performance in the art gallery of the Cultural Promotion Center, the opening day of the best works of the All-Ukrainian Project for Young Artists “PROSTO NEBYLYTSI” was held. The official opening ceremony of the exhibition was made by official guests: the Head of the Culture Promotion Center – Mrs. Barbara Malgorzata Gebler – Vasyak, Senator of the Polish Sejm – Mrs. Barbara Borys-Damienska, member of the International Qualification Commission of the sixth unit of the project – Mrs. Magdalena Gotovska, Academic Head of the Center for Cultural and Art Initiatives of Lviv – PhD Oleh Bolyuk, Chairman of the Board of CCAI – Mr. Serhiy Havrylovych.
