Today, October 24, 2021, the Center for Cultural & Arts Initiatives in Lviv, in partnership with the Lviv Regional Charitable Foundation TORBA, presented in Ivano-Frankivsk an exhibition collection of works of art of the III International Art Project without age restrictions ART AXIS.

This year, artists from twelve countries gathered in the framework of ART AXIS under the slogan with philosophical reflections “Eighth Day of the Week.”

The exhibition space of the Frankivsk Fortress Gallery “Bastion” (former fortress fortifications of Stanislavov) presents an exhibition of works of art, the authors of which took part in the international art project ART AXIS 2021 and were awarded by most members of international colleges as works of art.

The annual project is aimed at artists who are ready to promote their creative achievements to the world through the philosophical vision of ART AXIS and thus help artistic education among gifted youth, including those deprived of parental care and people with special needs.

It should be noted that the International Art Project without age restrictions ART AXIS for the third year in a row was implemented exclusively as a public initiative. The organizing committee did not receive any assistance from the budget for its implementation. All-time, technical, intellectual resources are accumulated thanks to the support and help of benefactors, partners, and ardent admirers of art.

More than one and a half hundred applications for works of art from Brazil, Haiti, Ecuador, Spain, Italy, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, South Africa, Portugal, Poland, the United States, Ukraine, France, and the Czech Republic from authors in the age range 6 – 60+ years. The result of the selection in three stages filled the exposition collection of the project.

By the decision of the qualification board, 27 works of art were selected for the exhibition, which can be seen in Ivano-Frankivsk until November 6 (Fortress Lane 1, Fortress Gallery “Bastion”). Then the exhibition collection will continue with an exhibition tour of the galleries of the project partners.
